That's amazing, thank you for sharing this as this is so important. The "Send a voice note" is the most important things. I struggled with depression and didn't know that it was depression, I reached out to my best friend but didn't get a response and it was painful, after that period of my life I decided to always pay close attention to people around me and make sure I ask how they are and I'm truly present with them.

Thank you so much for reading, Alex! You’re absolutely correct. We should be extra aware of the people closest to us and always check in to make sure they’re okay. The voice note really is a great idea.
