Definitely, those 30 minutes are actually bringing so much clarity and improves mood and productivity for the whole day. I started with 30 min and now moved to 1 hour of free time for my spiritual and well-being practices. It has been a game changer ! Thank you for posting about this

Hey Jess, I love this you’re very well spoken and written plainly and beautifully… my personal habit is luckily a 2 hour minimum… now this isn’t just of extra time…. It’s me time, me before the chaos, me before partner time, me before family time, me before errands times…
