Great article jess! Waking up early and being consistent is a cheat code we can all unlock. It sets the rest of your day up for success. Attack it!

I started waking up 20 minutes early a month ago, I’m going to push it to a half hour. I have notice a great difference with the 20, but an extra 10 can help me fit some other time in.
